As we reflect on our incredible wedding day, we are SO grateful for everything Heidy did to make it all come together. An entire 1+ year of planning with Heidy was such a joy, and I can honestly say that I’ve never had more fun planning anything in my life! Heidy's professionalism, attention to detail and special touch were evident in every part of our destination wedding in Las Catalinas, CR. We still can't believe how smoothly everything went, especially with the added challenge of planning from afar - that’s all thanks to Heidy! She made us feel completely at ease and ensured that every single detail was handled with care, and we are so grateful for that. Every single vendor exceeded our expectations as well and we're so appreciative for Heidy's network, truly the best. More than anything, Heidy's become so much more than just our wedding planner! If you're looking for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your special day absolutely perfect, look no further than Heidy and her wonderful assistant, David. My husband and I live in North Carolina, but Heidy worked her magic to create the most breathtaking wedding in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. From the very beginning, Heidy was incredibly responsive and flexible, always making herself available for us. She even went out of her way to meet with me and visit the venue during a trip I took beforehand—a gesture that truly speaks to her dedication. Her recommendations for local vendors were spot-on, and she clearly has a deep understanding of the area and a network of amazing professionals. Every detail, from the decor to the timeline, was flawless, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making our wedding everything we dreamed it could be. Heidy is a complete sweetheart and pours her heart into what she does, and it absolutely shows in the results. David was also a fantastic support throughout the process. Best Wedding Planner for Our Destination Wedding
Putting our trust in Heidy was the best choice we made for our wedding. Not only did she make planning our destination wedding seamless, but she did so in our tight timeline of 6 months. She was available whenever we needed her to answer questions, offer advice, and ease our nerves. She provided a great list of vetted vendors for each aspect of the wedding, making it easy for us to find the best fits. She was in total control of all wedding logistics from decorations to vendor management the day of the wedding, so we did not have anything to worry about. Our wedding was the best day of our lives.
