The Best Wedding Planner in Costa Rica
If you are planning a wedding in Costa Rica- you HAVE to hire Heidy. Her knowledge, local connections, design vision, and "can-do" attitude are absolutely priceless. We can't imagine what our wedding week would've been like if we didn't have her. We planned our wedding for two years during the pandemic and it was stressful, to say the least...between COVID restrictions always changing and changes in ownership in our venue/hotel...Heidy was the calm that kept us reassured everything was going to be okay. Not only did she help us plan every detail of the wedding day, but she also connected us to so many local businesses for us to host other wedding events throughout the week. She was able to get us discounts with tour operators and was invaluable with helping us provide our guests with an authentic Costa Rican experience while in Potrero. She was always willing to meet to discuss some crazy ideas that I had and help talk through the best way to incorporate them into our wedding. On the day of the wedding, she worked some absolute magic. We created an initial floor plan together for the venue and the day of she had some incredible ideas to make the venue flow even better and her vision created the most EPIC cocktail hour and reception anyone has ever seen. Every single one of our guests said our wedding was the most beautiful, creative, fun wedding they have ever been to and that was without a doubt because if Heidy's help. I'm tearing up as I'm writing this because she was seriously such a blessing to us and our wedding day was an absolute DREAM thanks to her. Heidy is amazing!!
My wife and I wanted to do a destination wedding on the beach in Costa Rica. We started planning in Feb 2021 for a Dec 2021 wedding. As you can imagine planning an out of country wedding during Covid was definitely not the easiest thing to do but we were referred to Heidy by one of the locations we were considering. We set up a meeting with her and within the first 5 minutes of the zoom call we knew we had to work with her. We ended up having a beautiful 100 person Indian/America ceremony on the beach in Guanacaste. Heidy helped us for the entire process and we didn't even visit the location until the week of the wedding. She is extremely organized and helped keep us on track for everything we needed to do. She never pushed us towards any decisions and brought to life the vision for our wedding. We really can't say enough good things about her. She is amazing, always cool under pressure, extremely responsive, and her passion for her job really comes through. Above all else though Heidy is such a truly wonderful person who we now consider a friend. We truly can not thank you enough for everything you did Heidy. Heidy my Angel
You need Heidy for your wedding. She made my dreams come true. I sent her my Pinterest vision and she was able to bring everything to life. She was irreplaceable for our wedding day. Every single detail was PERFECT! She arranged everything and I didn't have to stress on our wedding day at all. She knows all of the vendors in the area and she was able to get in contact with them quickly. She calmed all my nerves and made me feel so at ease. We had a Jewish wedding which can be complicated and she handled all of our needs and went above and beyond our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about her. Simply the best! Not only would I recommend Heidy, I would ONLY recommend Heidy. I would even go as far as to say I would fly her here to the US to plan any event - she's that good. My (then) fiance and I were not able to get to CR to plan anything and did it all remotely. With Heidy's help (and her recommendation of a Pinterest board) she gave us exactly what we wanted and more. We had a destination wedding with about 70 people and she made it seamless. She was extremely responsive, professional, patient, warm and friendly and so, so accommodating especially for a bride trying to plan from so far away. She truly made me feel like I was the only person she was working with when I know very well I was not. We not only consider her a valued professional in her field but a friend. An absolute GEM!
I cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Heidy. She made every moment of our wedding week so special and perfect. We are from the US and did all of our planning remotely, however by the time we arrived in Costa Rica I felt like I had already known her for ages. It is scary putting your wedding day in the hands of someone you have never met, but she made my husband and I feel so at ease right from the beginning. And boy did she knock it out of the park!!!! My vision for our wedding started all with a picture I saw on Pinterest, and the morning of the wedding when I saw what she had recreated for us for the first time.... let’s just say I STILL get tears in my eyes just thinking about it. She is incredibly organized and on top of making sure everything ran smoothly all day. If anything wasn’t going as planned, we sure had no clue about it!! She truly gave us a 100% stress free experience, which I know can be hard to say for weddings! I cried like a baby the day we left because I was so overwhelmed by the entire experience, and we owe so much of that to her. She is professional, personable and so passionate about what she does. Wedding of my dreams thanks to Heidy
Heidy was absolutely incredible! My husband and i are from Texas and planning a wedding in Costa Rica could not have been more of a breeze! Heidy would quickly respond with any questions I had, made us feel like her #1 clients even though she had other weddings on her plate, and worked hard to give us upgrades or special accommodations without even requesting them. She’s very attentive and listened to all my special requests (I ended up changing the flowers and chairs about a month before the wedding date). She is very respectful and professional but still makes you feel like you’ve known her for the longest time. Friendly and trustworthy! The day of my wedding Heidy was with me since early morning. Responding to any texts I or my parents sent her. Never left us waiting. It was important for us to get married in a Catholic Church and she helped us find the perfect place. The wedding didn’t end until 2am and she was still there, helping us with guests who wanted to stay extra nights! Heidy isn’t just a wedding planner, she helps you with absolutely everything.
